Thermal Inkjet Printing - How Does It Work?

These cartridges contain individual reservoirs for each primary color (cyan, magenta, yellow) along with black so that they can be mixed accurately during printing to create various shades.

Once loaded, these cartridges move back-and-forth across stationary pieces called “printhead assemblies” located inside them whenever necessary by means such as motors attached directly under its carriage assembly at one end via gears connected between both ends’ shafts supported within bearings mounted upon frames holding everything securely together without flexing or bending while operating.

As the printer receives a signal from the computer, it heats up tiny resistors located in each nozzle of the print head using electrical impulses. This causes these nozzles to expand and eject droplets of ink onto paper at an extremely high speed – almost 36,000 drops per second! The size and position of these droplets are precisely controlled by the electronic circuit board based on instructions received from software installed on your computer.

The thermal inkjet printing process is highly precise and efficient thanks to its use of advanced technology. By heating up specific areas within each nozzle, this method allows for minute control over where exactly individual droplets will land on paper during printing.
