Canadian Customers

Please notice that you are required to ship the approved RMA items no later than 15 days from date of RMA approval. Otherwise, fees may apply according to RN Mark Inc. terms and policies.

All transportation costs including shipping, duty and tax payments are due by customer.
After Initial inspection, customer will be informed about repair services and fees and shall require written approval to process services and repairs.

International Customers

Please note “return to manufacturer as part of repair- warranty” on all documents.
Please value each part for customs and duties as $10 CAD.

1) Please download the RMA Form from here.

    3) We will review your request and will send your approved RMA Form by email. If you have received the approval from us, please print it and send a copy of it with your parts to us.
