Ship approved RMA items within 15 days of approval. Customers are responsible for all transportation costs, duties, and taxes. Repair services begin only after written approval of the initial inspection report.
Mark all documents as "Return to manufacturer as part of repair-warranty" and value parts at $10 CAD for customs. Ship within 15 days of approval. All costs including shipping and duties are due by the customer.
